I had Duck Confit and Double-smoked Bacon Cassoulet, Oven-roast BC Sablefish Fillet, and tried a bite of the Caramelized Apple Tartlet with Okanagan Goat Cheese and Ginger Ice Cream before handing it over to Jeff... can't stand the cheese flavored ice cream........
